Genetically Engineered Models and Services: Project Initiation
To help you initiate a project with Genetically Engineered Models and Services (GEMS), we will ask you to complete a Model Information Form, execute a Master Transgenic Services Agreement, and provide billing information. We also have quote forms available on-line to conveniently generate project estimates.
- The Model Information Form is designed to make it easy for you to clearly convey your goals and objectives to us. Based on the information provided, we will prepare customized work plans, timelines, and cost estimates. Your project requirements, milestones, and time frames will be clearly defined from the start.
- The Master Transgenic Services Agreement is a legal document that governs the terms and conditions under which services will be provided.
- Billing Information includes Bill To, Ship To, and Purchase Order number. Alternatively, a credit card can be used. We will provide you with an estimate of costs and price list to help you plan the necessary funding for the project.
